Jasmine is the essential hood girl that is looking for her big payday to stay in the lifestyle in which she has become accustomed. Jasmine has been sleeping with young guys and ballers to keep herself in style and for the money that they provide to her. Her friend Tena turns her onto a gig to get some extra money because Tena is not able to do the gig. Jasmine meets Mr. Big, who stands up to his name in the flesh. Mr. Big takes Jasmine under his wing and schools her on that candy between her legs.
Fast forward fifteen years and Jasmine is married and headed to divorce court. Jasmine has her child and niece living with her and her husband just does not do it for her anymore. They are heading to divorce court and Jasmine seems to think she will continue to live in the luxurious lifestyle to which she has been living. Jasmine’s husband is plotting and she does not recognize the plot. She plays into his hands not heeding the warning that he provided to her about being entangled.
I gave three stars for this story. There are details that could have been fleshed out more that would have assisted into the transition of Jasmine being married. I now understand the title of the story but the title tied in at the end. Tying the title in at the end of the book is what had me confused while I was reading as to why the book was titled Cougar’s Candy. The story did flow pretty well but a few more details and I would have given the story a four.

Treasure Blue and Traci Bee set the bar high on this collaboration! Treasure Blue adds shock, gutter and awe; then Traci Bee finishes with some sneaky sass with a touch of cougar appeal! Absolutely genius! Jasmine Grey is all that and a bag of chips as they say; but even the "all that" girl ends up.... well you just gotta read it!
The characters, the details, the dialogue, and plot development was executed so good, that you will foam at the mouth wanting more!
Loved every sexy and jaw dropping word!
There were a few errors in the book. Jasmine was crazy and too much! She went about everything the wrong way. Russell should've listened to his mom. Just because you take a person out of the hood doesn't mean you can take the hood out of them. After getting married Jasmine showed her true colors. His size wasn't a problem as long as she could spend the money. I swear she was too mean towards Passion! Russell warned her about greed and getting caught up in a spider web. Ooohhh payback was too real! As much as she complained about Russell being itty bitty she showed she really wasn't a match for what Mason was offering! If only she would've appreciated what she already had. By being greedy Jasmine ended up losing not only her marriage but her freedom as well. That's what she gets for not asking questions, being too fast and not wanting an itty bitty man.
This book omg had me lol on the first page. This was a short story. It was about Jasmine who's a young girl who was doing a favor for Tena one of her girlfriend, which was to get with Mr. Big. She was getting money. She told her friend that she didn't go with Mr. Big's help. Well Jasmine met a man who happens to be an NBA player name Russell who she later married. She had everything she wanted the house, a daughter, and the lavish lifestyle. Is that enough for Jasmine to look away from Russell cheating ways?
Did Jasmine fall in love with Mr. Big? Was she still seeing him? This book held my attention form the beginning to the end. It will keep you wanting more. You will never believe the ending. If you haven't 1-click please do so these two writers did a wonderful job on this book. It was also well written which is always a plus.

Sistahs On Lit!
Okay, I knew this was going to to be a hot story with hot authors Treasure Blue and Traci Bee writing, but nothing could prepare me on how sizzling this book was. Jasmine, 18 year devious and selfish, was sleeping with a senior citizen named Mr. Big who surprisingly had the stamina and the skills as a 25 year old porn star, who her friend hooked her up with. Later, she meets a NBA players Russell Gray (who is ten years her senior). Ten years down the line with one daughter and now raising her 21 years old niece, they should be the envy of many couples.....NOT!!!!!!!! Jasmine is still mean and even more vindictive and spiteful because of her husband's smaller than average package and their pending divorce where she's plans on taking his ass to the cleaners and throwing her own niece under the bus for her own selfish purpose. This book has so much, drama, hot sex, and twist and turns... the ending is going to make you OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am definitely waiting for another collaboration with these two.
Former NBA great Russell Gray has a four-year-old daughter with wife Jasmine Gray and lives the rich life in a mansion located in New York's Larchmont community. Of course Jasmine isn't wanting for anything...except a decent sex life and she lets Russell know just how incompetent he is every chance she gets.
In the midst of Russell and Jasmine's divorce, Jasmine's cougar antennas zoom in on male candy she believes is worthy of her sexual powers. But greedy Jasmine has no idea that she's about to enter a spider's web!!
Karma always comes back to bite tenfold. Cocky, greedy Jasmine was not as smart as she thought and should have known when to keep her mouth shut! A few spelling and punctuation blunders, but it didn't dull my enjoyment of the story.
An excellent collaboration between authors Traci Bee and Treasure Blue! A fast moving well developed storyline, an interesting protagonist, an unforeseen ending and overall good story.
